Rules & Regulations

Please read the following information before visiting.

  • Your visitor badge must be worn and displayed continuously at the venue and in the respective key areas.
  • Organisers are not responsible for theft of or damage to valuables and personal property brought to the venue. Visitors are solely responsible for their belongings.
  • Visitors may be subjected to security checks at designated checkpoints. Kindly cooperate with security personnel.
  • Organisers reserve the right to ask any visitor to leave the venue for security reasons or antisocial behaviour.
  • Organisers reserve the right to restrict entry to designated areas. The organisers' decision will be final.
  • Smoking is allowed only in designated areas.
  • Event dates: 5–6 December 2026.
